Meet Susan
A REALTOR® since 2004 Susan Winton is a trusted advocate & advisor to her clients. She serves buyers & sellers along the 101 corridor, with a focus on the Healdsburg, Santa Rosa, Windsor & Cloverdale markets. Susan has a knack for identifying an opportunity & matching people with their ideal homes and loves nothing more than being present to experience her clients’ dreams & hard work come to life. She listens thoroughly to her clients, serving as an empathetic, trustworthy, knowledgeable & communicative advisor, which is why so many of her clients have become lifelong friends.
Over the course of her career, Susan has co-owned a General Engineering company & has been a consultant for a real estate investment company sourcing quality investments & tenants. She has also purchased & remodeled her own homes, nurturing her eye for design, a talent that serves her clients well. Originally from Liverpool, England, Susan attended St. Edmunds College for Girls, Manchester Polytechnic & holds a Certified Residential Specialist designation. A former veterinary nurse, she dedicates much of her time to animal welfare organizations, including, Canine Companions for Independence & Compassion Without borders. A mother of two grown children, Susan can be found enjoying her free time with family & friends, volunteering, traveling, gardening & cooking.
